SUNSET JUNCTION

2 oz Dark Rum

1 oz Pineapple Juice

½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

½ oz Glossop’s Brown Sugar Grenadine

 

Combine Rum, Pineapple Juice and Lime Juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain over ice into a highball. Drizzle grenadine over the top. Garnish with a slice of lime. Top with a splash of over-proof rum if you like extra bite.

 2oz Bourbon

¼ oz Lemon Juice

½ oz Glossop’s Brown Sugar Grenadine

1 oz Dry Vermouth

 

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

3/4oz Fresh Lime Juice

¾ oz Glossop’s Brown Sugar Grenadine

 

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.

 

JACK ROSE

2oz Applejack

¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice

¾ oz Glossop’s Brown Sugar Grenadine

 

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an apple slice.

2oz Dark Rum

¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice

Dash of Glossop’s Brown Sugar Grenadine

Dash of Maraschino Liqueur

 

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lime and a cherry.

½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
