OUTPOST DRIVE

2 oz Silver Tequila

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

½ oz Glossop’s Hibiscus Ginger Syrup

Powdered Cinnamon

 

Shake tequila, lime juice and syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain over crushed ice, or neat into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon.

 

HIBISCUS ROYALE

Prosecco

¼ oz Glossop’s Hibiscus Ginger Syrup

 

Pour syrup into the bottom of a champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.

 

OLVERA STREET

2 oz Gin

¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

½ Glossop’s Hibiscus Ginger Syrup

 

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with candied ginger.

 

HIBISCUS PETAL

2oz Gin

¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

¾ oz Glossop’s Hibiscus Ginger Syrup

1 Whole Egg

10 Raspberries

 

Combine ingredients in a Boston shaker without ice and shake vigorously. Once egg has frothed, add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
