2 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Glossop’s Brown Sugar Grenadine
Combine Rum, Pineapple Juice and Lime Juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain over ice into a highball. Drizzle grenadine over the top. Garnish with a slice of lime. Top with a splash of over-proof rum if you like extra bite.
