2 oz Vodka
1.5 oz Kahlua
1.5 oz Whipping Cream
¼ oz Glossop’s Smoked Sugar Syrup
In a bowl, whisk cream until thick but not stiff. Mix in smoked sugar syrup.
Stir vodka and Kahlua over ice in a mixing glass. Strain into sherry glass. Float cream over top, just to cover. Reserve extra cream for additional cocktails.
